| PAYMENT TERMS |
| 1. All accounts are strictly net 30 days from the end of the month in which goods were invoiced. Accounts exceeding |
| our trading terms will be placed on hold until all outstanding balances are brought up to date. |
| 2. All orders with an invoice value of $150 or greater will be supplied FIS otherwise a freight cost will be charged. |

| DISPATCH OF ORDERS |
|
| 1. All orders received by 1pm will be dispatched by the following business day, with the exception of orders that require |
| special keying or finishes. |
|
| PLACING ORDERS |
|
| 1. Faxing or emailing of orders is preferred, to eliminate possible errors for orders taken by phone. |
|
|
| BACK ORDERS |
|
| 1. Orders received, which cannot be processed due to temporary out of stock, will automatically be placed on back order |
| unless otherwise specified by our customers. |
| 2. All back orders will be invoiced at the price quoted at the time of order. |
| 3. Back orders will not incur an additional freight charge. |
| 4. Trustlock Hardware will not be liable for any charges arising from out of stocks. |

| RETURN of GOODS |
|
| 1. No claim for credit will be allowed unless made within 7 days of the invoice. |
| 2. Goods returned for credit, through no fault of the product or Trustlock Hardware, may attract a freight cost |
| as well as a re-stocking fee of 15% of the invoice value. |
| 3. Customers returning goods must contact their local agent or Trustlock Hardware for return authority. |
| 4. Goods rendered defective as a result of misuse or improper installation will not be covered by our warranty. |
| 5. Trustlock Hardware will replace, at it's discretion, any product to be found faulty in material or manufacture. |

| RETENTION of TITLE |
|
| It is a condition of sale that title of the goods listed on the invoices shall not pass to the purchaser until payment |
| in full has been received. |

Warranty
Warranty – Faulty Materials or Workmanship
These products are warranted by Trustlock Hardware

10 Years warranty applies to all products used internally and seven years on products used externally with the exception of the Eternity finish which has a lifetime warranty on it's finish, internal and external.
Warranty – Corrosion or Tarnishing
Forged Brass Products: Internal Use (10 years from date of purchase)
External Use (7 years from date of purchase)
Zinc Die Cast Products: Internal Use (10 years from date of purchase)
External Use (7 years from date of purchase)
Metal Products Internal Use (10 years from date of purchase)
External Use (7 years from date of purchase)
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The owner must provide Trustlock with proof of purchase of the product.
2. Trustlock reserves the right to decide whether or not the product is defective and the fault if any was caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
3. This warranty will be void if our products have not been properly installed in accordance with the installation instructions supplied with each product.
4. This warranty will not apply if the product has in any way been modified, added to or tampered with.
5. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, fire or accidental damage.
6. This warranty is limited to replacement of the product and the owner shall be solely responsible for all labour costs, transport and freight costs and all other costs.
